had spot check today and i was not caught for my skirt.. hohoho..

during amath, ms goh told us tht she nid to sent 2 ppl to mr low class for amath.
so i was considering if i should go ant.. stay in ms goh class also loner shit down there..
no one can talk to one. somemore tiffany, amirah and gunadi told me tht mr low is a very good and experience amath teacher and everyone in his class got a1 for their 'o' lvl. o.O
but transfer there also no one to sit with.. loner shit also.. might as well stay lor..

only make for tiffany and darren!! WTH!!
nvm.. i got bring my own durian & chocolate cake. hohoho..
rushed to orchard cineleisure right after sch to catch Twilight with gunadi, tiffany and darren.
i know its like how many weeks the show had launch and we only catch it on the last day of its screening. but we all are busy people okay..
i thought we are the only one watching it today but i was wrong.. the whole hall was full.. chey..
having Superteens starting from tmr till sat, frm 8.00am - 9.00pm. 13 hrs sia la!!
so excited. wonder how many ppl is going to cry on the last day.. o.O

a new year = a new beginning = going to be 16 = can watch nc16 show!! (guard dun let me in, wan check my ic, go ahead.. im 16!! only after 17aug.. -.-")

MY NEW YEAR RESOLUTION FOR 2009

1. MUST MUST MUST grow taller!!
2. sleep before 9pm
3. take in lots of calcium everyday
4. exercise regularly (no.2-4 are tips that mr osman gave me on how to grow taller. so if it doesnt work, blame him!!)
5. get at most 10pts for 'o' lvl (this is my resolution, so im allow to write anything tht i wan rite?)
6. study hard eveyday!!
8. get GOLD or at least a SILVER for next year SYF!!
8. lose my fat tummy (i swear i've tummy!! and its also very big!!)
9. be rich ($.$)
10. get my teeth fix

went ecp today with darren and tiffany.
tiffany and i roller blade while darren ride bike.
rollerblade and cycle all the way to jetty and saw people fishing with this big net.
they caught damm lot of fish within a min with that net woh. cool right?
so we decided to come back to fish for our bbq dinner which most probably will be on 26/12.
so excited.. looking forward to it... a 4 people bbq. hohoho.
then 'chiong' all the way back to mac to haf dinner at 5plus pm.
ok, i know 5plus is consider as teabreak and its too early for dinner
but tiffany wants to jian fei so she say must haf dinner ealier.. bloody lame.
she and darren eat fries so ma fan can.
squeeze out all the oil and waste so many tissues. lame shit!
after dinner went to the beach to build 'sand castle + reservior'
but in the we gave up and start throwing sand, writing on sand and taking lots of pictures.
hohoho.. soo fun!!

just came back from OBS ytd.. i noe alot of ppl miss mi alot and i also miss you all too..

omg.. i miss OBS!! i miss COLUMBUS!! i miss all e springfield sec ppl!! T.T

in this short 5 days we were so bonded tgt and had so much fun, joy and laughter..

OBS was so much fun although sometime was torturous.

had to go tracking for hrs carrying a 10KG and go kayaking on e sea for 5hr 30mins sia la..

Ever since i came back from the trip to New Zealand, i didnt even talk much about it so here goes...

we had to put up a show for the New Zealand students when we went to their school so Atikah, Clarissa, Gladys, Lina, Miaowen, Yixuan and i grouped up to do an Indian dance.
and so ms D offered to lend us her indian clothes.
However, i dont know what weird shape does ms D have that the top is super tight, so tight that is hard to breathe when wearing it and the pants is so big that it is about two times atikahs' size.

today had ss structured lesson frm 12-1.30pm.
was late for 15-20mins.
i think we are e only class which had structured lesson on sat la..
went to e market to eat wif tiffany and gunadi after class.
then after tht went to my hse to take my clothes coz we decided to go gunadi's hse to swim since we had nth to do.

tiffany was in my living room playing wif PIGU while tht bloody gunadi went into my room and ransacked it.
in e end, he took home my powerpuff girl monopoly set which cost mi $90, a brand new mickey mouse puzzle and some of my stickers.
IDIOT SHIT!

bout 4pm, we left my hse and took 196 to gunadi's hse.
went up to his room to put our bag and take towel and goggles.
tiffany change into gunadi's clothes coz she dun wanna let her mum noe she went swimming.
she look damm funny wif an oversize shirt on her la. lol.
i forgot to bring my goggles wif mi and somemore he only has 1 goggles at home. lame shit.
finally we went down to e pool to swim wif our clothes on since his condo's pool allow ppl to swim wif their clothes on.
anyway non of us wanted to show each other our fats. lol. xD
taught tiffany hw to swim frogstyle/breaststroke.
in e end mi and gunadi gave up. teach her teach until peicei!
i realised i actually quite pro. at least i can cycle, rollerblade and swim.. which gunadi cnnt.. lol.
finally after all tht swimming, playing and relaxing, we went up to change and bathe.
todae was really fun except having mucle pull on my shoulder coz didnt do any stretching before going into e pool.

yesterday everyone of us planned nt to come sch todae and i even printed my excuse letter already but in e end everyone came except cerelia. wy & gunadi tried to contact her, dunno wat happen to her, did nt reply our smses.
had chemistry todae. accidentally molest wy. haha. accidentally one ok.. :D
did experiment todae wif dangerous chemicals. partnered wif guandi and he lets mi do all e dangerous thing la!!! wat kind of man is this sia? wadeva. also nth happen except lots of failed experiments.
had to clean e whole classrm todae. cleaned e table and e top of e whiteboard. balls of dust came dropping on us while cleaning. damm dusty and dirty la.
after tht had e debate thingy which was sooo boring. but we were surprised when our class won e debate against e 3e4 coz we thought tht having maurice in e grp will sure lose. lol. nt bad nt bad la 3e3.
after sch went eastpoint wif wy, gunadi & qy to haf our lunch at e kfc then proceed to wy's hse for out table tennis game. everyone improved alot and im supposed to be better than them but in e end i lost to gunadi a few rounds. arrr.. im going to haf my revenge soon. while playing tht time, there were few kids in e study rm nxt to e table tennis table studying. irritating la. when our ball dropped outside their door, one small kid would come out and pick e ball of us. then after a few times he complained and said tht hes nt going to help us to pick e ball. wlau la. is he keeping coming out and disturb us la. no one tell him to help us to pick e ball can. ltr on damm funny la. they keep opening and closing their doors checking on us and peeping at us playing. then mi, qy and gunadi will stand outside their door and scare them and they will scream and run into their room. lol. gt one time when guandi was standing alone outside their door and e little guy open e door and gunadi scare him and he scream and run into his room to CRY... haha. gunadi sure looked like a monster to them.

okok. todae was sooo much fun. been studying for e eoy for e past few days and todae finally i did smth other then studying. after e ss and mt paper, wy, cerelia, try and mi went to e bedok's aston to ta pao our lunch while gunadi went home wif tiffany to take e saw 3 disc. ate and watch saw 3 and e chainsaw massacre. eveyone was screaming and shouting when watching all those bloody and gross scence. learnt smth new todae. they can actually drill holes in a person skull, cut and remove it and by doing tis, they can save a person life by reducing e pressure on e person brain. cool...

you want to know why we took a limousine cab???
well.. we were suppose to meet at parkway so that i could collect my PSP, but he suddenly complain about losing his F&N textbook and we were on our way to bras besar(not sure if spelling is correct).
he finally got a 2nd hand textbook from an unknown stall at $19. all thanks to me :)
anyway we were trying to get a cab back home but all also dun wan to stop for us so we went to a high class taxi stand where a person wearing some kind of suit will open the door for us.
then the ang mohs waiting infront of us suddenly talk to me and said:

and i said:

and he continued looking at me and i continue smiling. so MALU la.

Eating Disorders-
eating disorders refer to a group of conditions characterised by abnormal eating habits due to psychological factors.

2 common eating disorders are:
ANOREXIA NERVOSA
-a.k.a. starvation sickness
-people who suffer from this disease have a distorted image of their body and desire to be VERY thin
-they refuse to eat
-they over-exercise

As a result:
-they become extremely thin and their bodies slowly waste away
-anorexic body uses muscle tissues as a source of energy when food and body fat cannot meet energy needs anymore
-they suffer weight loss, hair loss, listlessness, sleeplessness, fatigue, and damage to kidneys and reproductive organs

BULIMIA
-people with bulimia gorge on high-calorie food
-after they binge, they usually feel guilty and try to get rid of the food by vomiting
-they may also use laxatives to stimulate the evacuation of faeces,
-or diuretics to increase discharge of urine from the body

As a result:
-digestive organs become damaged
-can lead to internal bleeding and eventually DEATH

If u suffer from any of these symptoms, please, do not hesistate to seek help from u family and friends.=)

I am crazy about F&N these few days so if you are feeling unhealthy u should read this post.

LESSON 1(Diet and Health Problems):
Mineral-related Diseases

Sodium
-excess sodium in the body can lead to hypertension, water retention and swelling of tissues.
-deficiency in sodium can lead to cramps.
Sources: most fresh foods

Iron
-deficiency in iron can lead to anaemia, a condition in which the blood fails to supply the body tissues with sufficient oxygen.
-excess of iron can be poisonous and may increase the risk of liver cancer and heart disease.
Sources: red meat, liver, egg yolk and dark green veggies

Iodine
-deficiency in iodine reduces the amount of thyroxine produced by the thyroid gland which results in goitre, a condition where the thyroid gland swells up.
Sources: salt-water fish, seafood and sea weed

Calcium
-deficiency in calcium may lead to osteoporosis, a bone disease that results in the thinning of bone tissue and loss of bone density over time.
-excess of calcium over a long period of time can result in the formation of kidney stones, leading to kidney damage.
Sources: milk, cheese, eggs, watercress, soya beans and spinach

OMG!!
i am sooo BORED!
and i think i am a lousy blogger.. T.T
BUT i will try my best to not beat around the bush so much.

I just came back from East Coast Park.
wanted to roller blade but it rained for the whole day so we (ALICIA,LINA,ESTHER,KELVIN,DARYL,LIANJIE,HONGHAU and ME, ALEX and DAVID appeared after that) went bowling instead.
the 1st few tries for me was quite good and i was LEADING!!!
BUT then, i suddenly became weird and couldnt even get 1 pin down
then ESTHER and LINA caught up,
then ESTHER was LEADING,(how exciting)
then the last round ESTHER missed and in the end LINA still won. DAMMIT!!!
AND i even LOST to WILFRED!!!!( DARYL's younger bro)

wadeva. anyway we went to play DDR after that and i also suck at it.
i think this post is BORING too, so i shall stop here.

Hello!!
I am very happy today and i dont know why.
maybe its because Lina didnt come to school today.just kidding.

Anyway, after F&N, ESTHER and i felt very hungry as usual because of the F&N textbook.
so we quickly rushed down to the canteen thinking of what food from which stall can satisfy my hunger without having to spend too much.
MHC's nasi lemak was our choice as the AUNTIE would give a generous amount of food and at a cheap price but sorry AUNTIE, your food doesnt really taste good and it cause me to have 2 portions(as usual) because fussy ALICIA just cant eat it.SHIT HER.

During Social Studies, we were suppose to have group discussion on some topic so ME,ALICIA,AMIRAH,CERELIA,GUNADI and WANYU sat together.
but only AMIRAH and WANYU were doing the work as ME,ALICIA,CERELIA and GUNADI were playing pokemon on our handphones.

After school we went to tampines to watch movie.
You should never ever EVER sit beside ESTHER in the cinema if you are a girl because she will treat you like her girlfriend.

i think i should stop here for now coz this post is damn BORING.

yay!!!! blog almost done!!! just a few more things to edit. decided ro make a blog coz we have nth to do at home so TA DA!!! presenting to u... mi and tiffany's blog =D but e url quite stupid la... lol...

morning, kana scolded by ms safura coz of using phone during sch hrs and some ppl who skipped classes. she make us stand for 30mins sia. legs dammn tired can....
SS was nxt and OH lesson was dammn boring la.... zzzz
nxt is physic lesson which we took a test and do a mind map and re-do e test again. so stupid la. make us do e same test again... just write e same ans can liao lor. waste time nia...
after tht is math lesson which is taking another test.... mi and amirah did smth bad but cant sae here coz scare gt teacher come and read.
after recess is history and we got to get back our CT2 paper. and.... i get 18/22. cool rite... an A1 for my history but i think will flunk my comb. humanity coz of my SS lor....haixx...
nvm!!! tis is just CT2!!! EYO, i will do well for all my subjects. just wait and see....

gt choir after sch. kana fined 50-cents coz late for choir. SING SANG SUNG.
eat dinner at e DO&MI coffee shop wif lina, esther, lian jie and honghau. bought duck rice which tasted really awful.. YUCK!!! nt going to eat duck rice frm there ever again!!!!

tmr i think will get back my D&T paper!!! AR!!!! D&T dammn hard can. dun even noe y i chose tis subject ine 1st place... haixx... Off to bath and sleep...
